Cancellation Policy

A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations within less than 48 hours during business days and 72 hours for Monday appointments. If we both have available time in the same week, it is possible to make-up the session.

 

Payment

Please email healwithanastasia@gmail.com to learn more about session rates. Sliding scale (reduced fee) is available on an as needed basis. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle.        

 

Insurance

Anastasia is currently in network with Aetna insurance only. Katie is considered out of network at this time. If you have Aetna insurance and plan to work with Anastasia, please call your plan and verify your coverage prior to our first session. When you call, please ask about nutrition benefits covered under your specific plan using CPT (procedure codes) 97802 and 97803, as well as any deductibles or copayments.

We are also able to provide paperwork to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
